Emi Sprinkle

Emi provides individual and group therapy in the following areas: children, adolescents, families, and adults, addressing the issues of major loss, grief and trauma, anger, stress, crisis management, conflict resolution and negotiation, self-esteem, depression, and physical and psychological aspects of disability. Her practice of therapy is guided by the belief that no matter what happened, all persons have the ability to show resilience, to gather strength, and to learn new skills in order to improve their quality of life.

Mimi French-Templeton

Mimi is a a National Certified Counselor and a Professional Counselor Intern who graduated Phi Kappa Phi with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the nationally accredited CACREP program at Southern Oregon University. She also has a bachelor’s degree in Multicultural Studies from Reed College in Portland.  She has spent hundreds of hours of additional study leaning how to help clients who struggle with chronic pain and illness live better lives. She particularly enjoys helping troubled families to heal.  She loves working with children and adolescents and their families, doing individual and family counseling, and teaching parenting classes.  It is Mimi’s goal to create an environment of caring and compassion, a safe place where clients can truly be themselves.  She believes that everyone can benefit from counseling to help foster resiliency and to promote healthy personal growth.

Brooke Granade

Brooke holds a master’s degree in Community Mental Health Counseling and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She offers individual, couples, and group counseling for the following areas: depression, anxiety, problem solving, communication, grief, trauma, stress management, and adjustment to life’s changes and challenges.  Brooke’s passion is to help people find hope, healing, restoration, and strength as they walk through life’s struggles.

Lisa Forst

Lisa Forst, Parent Educator for Crossings is a proud mother to five daughters and one son ranging in age from 19 to 34.  She is also known as “Meme” (grandma) to three boys and two girls. While teaching preschool earlier in her career, Lisa attended the Love & Logic training from Jim Faye, (co-founder of Love & Logic) and his son Charles. She states “it transformed the way I interacted and taught all age groups as well as parented my children and now as I love on my grandchildren”.

Currently, Lisa is the lead office coordinator at Westminster Presbyterian Church. Prior to working at WPC, Lisa has held positions in teaching, computer programming, marketing, fund development, and project management. She believes you are never too old to learn something new.

In her spare time, Lisa enjoys the challenge to create beautiful things out of the ordinary. This includes cooking, crafting and jewelry-making. Her true passion is to cook for and share with
those she cares about.

S Anandavalli (Valli)

Valli is a National Certified Counselor who holds a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Doctorate in Counseling and Counselor Education. She has worked with diverse clients presenting a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, family-systems concerns, school-related stress, LGBTQ+ concerns, spiritual and religious crises and adult survivors of childhood abuse. She is passionate about mental health work, especially for clients facing economic barriers to quality care. She creates a safe and empowering space for her clients to help them pursue their full potential.
